countdowns.

7 days left of class.

29 days until France.

44 days until Spain.

Amy is going to grace us with her presence on here with a guest blogging appearance one of these days. She will give you the lowdown on the crazy events of the last week - including the amazing weekend away in London town. So I am sorry for the disappearance- but soon I will have so much to blog about while I am attempting to procrastinate. xo cmac

Starring

(Don't you just love when your horoscope is right??)
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 - Dec. 21):
Travel is on your mind at the moment and even if you can’t get away right now you will be making plans for the summer. Don’t make plans just for yourself – make plans for loved ones too. Surprise them with a mystery vacation.

I just got home form an impromptu shopping trip with my partner in crime, Geronimo. We both have France on the brain- and our wardrobe choices are expanding because of it! We didn't even make it out of H&M today. But we were both successful and thankfully their prices keep me from feeling too guilty... So many cute outfits for spring- now if only it was warm enough to wear them. But really the last week has been filled with sunshine and even the tiniest bit of warmth- but today the clouds made a return. Unfortunate.
I have some readings to do- analyzing law always brings up the touchy topics. This week: the cost of unwanted children. How do you feel about parents claiming damages for the cost of raising a child they took steps to avoid having? I can already feel the tension that will result from that discussion. So I should get back to that. Then I need to get organized for this weekend- I have outfits to plan and laundry to do. Oh and we are hosting the Beer Olympics here tomorrow afternoon...I promise to tell you how that goes :)

All I want to do in plan everything for France, but papers and readings are getting in my way. Sorry to have kept you wait so long, only to give you a short blurb, but things have been hectic around here. Only two more weeks of classes left- isn't that insane? ...followed by essentially a month and a half to study- then exams- then home. But mixed in there are fun things I am sooo looking forward to.

This weekend I am off to see my mom and dad in London! We are staying at a gorgeous hotel, seeing Mamma Mia (fingers crossed) and shopping up a storm. I miss them so much, so it will be a nice treat, but really I feel like christmas was just a few weeks ago!

After London, my next treat will be France- which I cannot stop thinking/talking/dreaming about. The trains are booked, the first place we are staying is booked- still looking for a place in Nice and for the final two days in Paris- but that will have to wait until next week. I wish I still had a french book around- but I doubt I will be doing much of the speaking. That is what my lovely travel partner is for!

After that, and somewhere amongst exams I am hoping to getaway with the girls to Spain- but that is still in the early stages of planning. I will keep you updated for sure. And I am already thinking of things to do over the summer- everything is more exciting than doing my work :)

I have been trying to find new music, but with no time to even straighten my hair these days, it seems like I have come up with nothing of interest. EXCEPT I love Adele (see the song below) and I am toying with the idea of loving the new Radiohead- but I am still undecided. But it did get me through a night of writing an essay on judicial review- so that must count for something.

Okay, breaks over. Hope you are all well. Crazy weather. Crazy natural disasters. Will discuss later.

A thought.

Fast forward to 6:17 and see if you can agree? and feel free to disagree. He is quite well spoken and I feel like even if you don't agree with his critique in the first 6 minutes, you can appreciate the truth in the next 2.
